At Solution we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you have two options for return or exchange. You can simply bring your order in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt to your local store for a refund or exchange. There is no additional shipping or restocking fees when you make an in-store return, however the original shipping fee from your order will not be refunded. Or simply return your order to us within 30 days from the date your order was received and we will issue you a refund or exchange minus the shipping charges. Please note clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
In order to return or exchange any purchase from our online store please be sure to complete the following:
- Call 1-866-599-5100 or email us at email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.(Please note that without the Return Authorization Number we will not accept your package.)
- Detach and complete the “Package Return Form”(at the bottom of this letter). Include this form and your original receipt in your package with the merchandise you are returning.
- Write your address and Return Authorization Number on the Return Address label that was included in your order and attach it to the outside of your return package.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain your tracking number when you ship your package. COD Returns will not be accepted.
A credit to your account will be issued within 14 days of your package being received at our distribution centre. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
Merchandise returned accompanied by original receipt in resalable condition may be refunded to original tender. Original credit and/or debit card (if applicable) must be presented to process refund. Any transactions over $50 when returning or Exchanging to credit card or cash will require an I.D. with name and address to be presented.
For merchandise returned without receipt, in resalable condition, a store credit note will be issued. Store credit note amount will be for lowest sale price in the last 3 months.
Returns are accepted on item(s) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made more than 30 days after the date of purchase may be eligible for a credit note, at the discretion of the Manager.
