Returns and Exchanges:

Please Note :  Shipping cost is an estimate based on weight, cost may vary on large or unusual package dimensions.

At Solution we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you have two options for return or exchange. You can simply bring your order in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt to your local store for a refund or exchange. There is no additional shipping or restocking fees when you make an in-store return, however the original shipping fee from your order will not be refunded. Or simply return your order to us within 30 days from the date your order was received and we will issue you a refund or exchange minus the shipping charges. Please note clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products under the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Solutions can arrange for any products to be picked up from customers, any corresponding return shipment fees will be deducted from the amounts refundable. Customers also have the option to ship products back to Solutions after receiving an authorization using their preferred courier, however, charges must be PREPAID, otherwise returns will not be accepted.

In order to return or exchange any purchase from our online store please be sure to complete the following:

  1. Call 1-866-599-5100 or email us at webstore@solutions-stores.ca to receive a Return Authorization Number.(Please note that without the Return Authorization Number we will not accept your package.)
  2. Detach and complete the “Package Return Form”(at the bottom of this letter). Include this form and your original receipt in your package with the merchandise you are returning.
  3. Write your address and Return Authorization Number on the Return Address label that was included in your order and attach it to the outside of your return package.
  4. Send your package via ground service to:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain your tracking number when you ship your package. COD Returns will not be accepted.

A credit to your account will be issued within 14 days of your package being received at our distribution centre. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

IN STORE

Returns with a receipt:

Merchandise returned accompanied by original receipt in resalable condition may be refunded to original tender. Original credit and/or debit card (if applicable) must be presented to process refund. Any transactions over $50 when returning or Exchanging to credit card or cash will require an I.D. with name and address to be presented.

Returns without a receipt:

For merchandise returned without receipt, in resalable condition, a store credit note will be issued. Store credit note amount will be for lowest sale price in the last 3 months.

Time Limits for Returns:

Returns are accepted on item(s) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made more than 30 days after the date of purchase may be eligible for a credit note, at the discretion of the Manager.

Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products and destinations. 

  • Offer limited to web orders shipped using ground services within Southern Ontario.
  • Taxes do not count toward order total for free shipping eligibility.
  • Orders must meet size and weight requirements (no dimension greater than 1m, weight less than 30kg. Oversize items do not qualify for free ground shipping
  • Expedited and overnight services do not qualify for free shipping
  • Not applicable with other promotions or discounts.
  • If shipping to multiple addresses, free ground shipping is qualified for each address that meets the promotions requirements.
